Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Luminowisp, we strive to deliver your lighting fixtures as quickly and safely as possible. Below are our estimated shipping timelines for orders within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Timeline:

Order Processing (Handling Time): 3 - 5 business days (Monday – Friday).

Transit Time: 7 - 12 business days (Monday – Friday).

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (US & Canada).

Oversized Items: For lighting fixtures larger than 45 inches (e.g., grand chandeliers), we utilize specialized freight and professional wood crating to ensure maximum protection. This may occasionally add 3-5 days to the transit time.

Shipping Cost :

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to activate.

Cancellations & Changes: We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at support@luminowisp.com within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled, but you may follow our Return Policy upon delivery.
