Returns & Refund Policy

At Luminowisp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your lighting fixture, we are here to help.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process To start a return, please contact us at support@luminowisp.com. Once approved, please mail your product to our returns center: Address: 6209 Colorado Blvd, Commerce City, CO 80022, USA.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, Luminowisp will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse the shipping costs.

Personal Preference/Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@luminowisp.com.
